"We cannot recommend Jade highly enough. Jade looked after our daughter R from age 1-4, after she originally struggled to settle at another childminder. Jade's gentle, patient, child-led approach was perfect for R's needs and she's played a huge role in nurturing R's confidence and independence. Jade provided a safe, secure and fun environment for R to explore her interests and try new things and she formed close relationships with Jade's family and other children in her care. We loved hearing about their adventures around Bristol and R always returned from her days with Jade brimming with joy. We felt very supported by Jade as a family and Jade's communication was always open and empathetic, making time to talk through any concerns or things of note following their day together. We feel very grateful that we found Jade, and we have cherished the time she's spent with us."
"When we first started working with Jade, our daughter was struggling with significant separation anxiety and attachment challenges. She found being held by anyone other than her father and I incredibly difficult. From the very beginning, Jade approached her with extraordinary patience, warmth and emotional intelligence. She took the time to build genuine trust and a secure relationship, always responding to our daughter with kindness, consistency and sensitivity. It was clear that she understood the importance of attachment and emotional security, tailoring her approach to our daughter's individual needs and helping her feel safe, seen and understood. Over time, we saw a remarkable transformation. Our daughter became more confident, more independent and far more comfortable separating from us. Most importantly, she felt secure. Thanks in large part to the strong foundation Jade helped create, she was able to settle successfully into nursery, taking the time to set the pace and build trusting relationships with staff and embrace a huge transition that had once felt overwhelming.
What made Jade truly exceptional, however, was that her support extended beyond our daughter. As a mother navigating a challenging period, I found Jade's calm presence, reassurance and understanding invaluable. She never made us feel judged and always approached both parent and child with compassion, empathy and encouragement. At a time when I often questioned whether I was doing enough, Jade provided not only practical support but emotional support too, helping me feel more confident and capable as a parent.
Beyond her professional skills, Jade became a trusted and valued part of our family and is now someone I consider a valued friend. She communicated brilliantly, consistently went above and beyond, and brought a level of care and dedication that is incredibly rare to find. The impact she has had on our daughter's confidence, emotional wellbeing and development, as well as my own not to mention the care and support she showed our family as a whole, cannot be overstated. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Jade in their lives, and we will always be grateful for the care, expertise and kindness she brought to ours."
"We started with Jade when our son was still quite small and have had the pleasure of watching him develop a wonderful bond with Jade and her family. We chose Jade as she offered a gentle, nurturing style of care including sling carrying, contact napping and a fun environment which we believe has truly helped our son develop really happily while away from us. We have never had to worry about him while we are working and ultimately that is all we ever wanted, a happy and content child whilst we were apart. If our situation in the future were to change we would not hesitate in reaching out to Jade to help us again!!"
"Jade regularly cared for our daughter E from age 1-4, until she started school this autumn [2025], and was an occasional childminder for our older daughter, aged 4-7, as well. At all stages, Jade provided the absolute best of care - combining fun, games and adventure with loving, careful attention to learning, safety and health. She gave E and every other child lots of individual attention, truly cared for them each, and stayed alert to their particular needs. E was always happy and keen to go with Jade, looked forward to seeing her, and considered her an extra member of the family. She formed lasting friendships with Jade's family and other children in the setting and she grew in skills and confidence during her time there. As parents we really appreciated all the beautiful photos that Jade would send to keep us updated, and her organised and thorough approach to record keeping and invoicing. We felt very lucky to have Jade's support during these early years and are constantly recommending her to other parents - Jade is an experienced childcare professional who treats her work as a vocation and is brilliant at it!"
"I would heartily recommend Jade as a nanny - she has been so brilliant and such a perfect fit for us. She is tons of fun and full of energy as well as very loving and caring. She also provided brilliant healthy food. She looked after our daughter [from age 21 months to 2 and a half] and brought her own daughter along most days. The kids were similar ages and the set up worked incredibly well. Our little one doesn't have siblings and this has been such a brilliant way for her to learn sharing and playing together and Jade has pulled it off wonderfully and playfully. Sometimes I worked from home and all I could hear was lots of laughter, singing and play, and our little one has always been excited to go to the nanny in the morning, which I think tells you everything you need to know!
We were looking for someone who would have a child-led and gentle approach, love outdoors and be outgoing and fun and we have felt like we could not have found anyone better suited. It has also been wonderful to work with someone who is also a parent and in a similar life stage."
